I haven't worked with just intonation, but I use a lot of non-12-tone equal temperaments. (here comes the plug) .. an early 19 tone-ET peice. http://fluoroscopickid.com/mp3/token-row.mp3 Using any tuning you can eventually brain wash yourself so that it sounds quite comfortable. Definitely keep at the just intoned work, but afterwards keep exploring.
